Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Cherryy at https://cherryy.app, operated by Cherryy ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them. If you use Cherryy on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

1. The service

Cherryy is a workspace for planning, reviewing, and scheduling social media content. You can create posts, organize them on a board, invite teammates with different roles, and, if you connect your own Zernio account, schedule posts to the social profiles linked there.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
• Tell us promptly at cherryysupport@gmail.com if you believe your account has been misused.

3. Workspaces and roles

Each workspace has an owner. Owners and admins can manage members, settings, and integrations, and can see all content in the workspace. Editors can create and edit their own posts, and viewers have read-only access. The owner is responsible for who they invite and what access they give.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to run Cherryy for you, for example to show it to your workspace members or send it to Zernio when you schedule a post. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and publish.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cherryy to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights,
• publish spam, malware, or content that is deceptive, hateful, or harassing,
• try to access other workspaces' data or interfere with the service or its security,
• resell or copy the service without our permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party services

Publishing and analytics work through Zernio, using an API key that you provide under your own Zernio account. Social networks such as LinkedIn, X, and Instagram have their own rules and may reject or remove content. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their decisions about your content, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

7. Plans and payments

Cherryy is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and terms clearly before you pay, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Cherryy running smoothly, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something important.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, or for missed or failed posts caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Cherryy at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing cherryysupport@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. How we handle your data after that is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
